You acknowledge that the diet plans, exercise routines, and all other information provided by the Service are generated by an AI model. 2. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or yearly basis.
Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless it is canceled by you or by Fit N Lean AI. You may cancel your Subscription renewal at any time through your account management page on the Apple App Store. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current Billing Cycle.
Fee Changes
Fit N Lean AI, in its sole discretion, may modify the Subscription fees. Any fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. We will provide reasonable prior notice of any fee changes.
No Refunds
Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods, except as required by applicable law.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Fit N Lean AI and its licensors.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, to infringe on any third party's rights, or to engage in any conduct that is harmful, fraudulent, or obscene.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FIT N LEAN AI, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR HEALTH-RELATED ISSUES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fit N Lean AI and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service, or a breach of these Terms.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree that any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court.
There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. Any arbitration under these Terms will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted.
